Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your ChatFlow account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what data is removed, and what (if anything) is retained.

Delete from within the app (fastest)

  1. Sign in to ChatFlow (web or Android app).
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Read the warning, type the confirmation phrase, and confirm.
  4. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

If you are the workspace owner, deleting your account permanently deletes the entire workspace and all of its data, and cancels any active subscription. If you are a team member, only your own account and personal access are removed.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership of the account before deleting and complete verified requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When an account (or workspace) is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile and login credentials.
  • Contacts and customer records you stored.
  • Conversations, messages, notes and attachments.
  • Message templates, automation rules, chatbot flows and knowledge-base entries.
  • Workspace settings and team membership.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, invoices and transaction records needed for tax and accounting compliance, and anonymised/aggregated logs that no longer identify you. Such records are kept only for the period required by applicable law and are not used to re-identify you. Billing data held by our payment processor is governed by their retention policy; active subscriptions are cancelled as part of deletion.
